What Sets Our Retreats Apart

Every HerSphere retreat is built around one belief: that the most powerful investment a woman can make in herself is time — real, protected, intentional time away from responsibility. Our retreats are not holidays. They are curated spaces where women who are widowed, separated, single-parenting, or simply at a crossroads come together in a group of six to ten to rest, reflect, and begin again. Each package combines physical wellness (yoga, massage, hiking, swimming), professional-grade facilitation (HerSphere signature workshops), meaningful cultural immersion, and the intangible but unmistakable energy of being in a room full of women who truly understand. All prices are designed to be accessible. Sponsored and scholarship spots are available through our partner program—so that cost is never the reason a woman stays home

01 / Premium Lodging

Our retreats prioritize comfort, safety, and respect, so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

02 / Expert Facilitation

Led by experienced specialists, such as yoga coaches, massage specialists, body and mind therapists, and other specialists who know how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with comfort and purpose.

03 / Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. You’ll gain just as much from the group as from the retreat t itself. And most importantly, you will feel listened to and seen.

Tbilisi, Georgia. The Golden Path Retreat.
$0.00

Overview: Tbilisi is one of the most affordable and beautiful cities within four hours of Dubai. Its famous sulfur baths have been used for healing for over a thousand years. Georgia's food, wine, polyphonic music, and extraordinary Orthodox monastery landscape create a sensory experience that is unlike any other destination on this list—raw, warm, and quietly profound.

What's Included: • Private sulphur bath session in the ancient Abanotubani district

• 2 x massage (Georgian stone massage or aromatherapy)

• Full-day Kazbegi or Kakheti wine valley excursion

• Yoga in a centuries-old monastery courtyard (weather permitting)

• Georgian cooking class: bread, khinkali, and the ritual of the table

• 2 x HerSphere workshops (Grief to Growth + Community & Connection)

• Evening supra dinner (traditional Georgian feast with toastmaster) • Boutique guesthouse in the old town (5 nights)

What Sets This Retreat Apart: Georgia offers Europe's cultural depth at a fraction of the cost. The sulfur baths alone are a bucket-list experience. For women on tighter budgets who deserve beauty and transformation without compromise, Tbilisi is the answer. Best For: Budget-conscious women who refuse to sacrifice quality or meaning. Women who love culture, food, and history as healing.

"Fire & Flow Retreat" - The land of eternal flame has something to say about resilience.
$1,500.00

Overview

Baku surprises everyone who goes. A Caspian Sea promenade, Zoroastrian fire temples, a medieval walled city, and Formula One boulevards are all within walking distance. Azerbaijan's wellness tradition combines mineral-rich Caspian mud, thermal baths, and a hospitality culture that wraps around you like a warm coat. This retreat is for women who want to be surprised—by a destination and by themselves.

What is included

Accommodation

3-floor 5-bedroom Luxury Europen-style Mansion - 15 minutes drive from central Baku (5 nights/6 days), located 15 minutes from Baku city centre. Your own room, your own space, shared only with four women who understand.

A personal driver meets us at Baku airport and returns us upon departure. No taxis, no navigating alone.

Concierge & Catering

A dedicated host on site throughout your stay. Evening barbecues in the garden. Breakfast arrangements. Everything is taken care of.

Massage and facial treatments are arranged locally in Baku and included in your package. Time to let your body rest, not just your mind.

Villa Facilities

Private pool. Landscaped garden. Wine bar. Gym. Fire pit. A home that has thought of everything so you do not have to.

Anna, with you

I will be there. Not as a therapist. Not running a programme. Simply as someone who knows exactly what this kind of rest feels like to need. I am from Baku myself, which means you will have someone local by your side — someone who speaks the language, knows the city, and can handle anything that comes up so that you never have to.

Retreat Program:

Day 1 — Arrival & First Light
Yanar Dag (Eternal Flame) sunrise or evening visit. Highland Park for panoramic city views at sunset. Welcome dinner at the villa.

Day 2 — Ancient Earth
Full day trip to Gobustan National Park for prehistoric petroglyphs dating back 40,000 years, followed by the bubbling mud volcanoes — one of Azerbaijan's most unique natural experiences. Evening massage at the villa. Footontheroad

Day 3 — Heritage & History
Old City (Icherisheher) guided heritage walk, Maiden Tower, Palace of the Shirvanshahs, Carpet Museum. Lunch in one of the Old City's traditional restaurants. Evening massage at the villa.

Day 4 — Modern BakuWhat Sets This Retreat Apart: Baku is genuinely unexpected—and that unexpectedness is the point. Women who arrive thinking 'this is an oil city' leave captivated by its elegance, warmth, and layered history. Caspian mud therapy is one of the most distinctive wellness experiences in the UAE.

Heydar Aliyev Center (Zaha Hadid architecture and exhibitions). Baku Boulevard seaside walk. Nizami Street for shopping and café stops. Evening: Flame Towers light show from Highland Park. Evening massage at the villa.

Day 5 — Rest & Restoration
Self-love day: facials, manicure, pedicure. Slow morning at the villa. Optional: Ateshgah Fire Temple (ancient Zoroastrian fire temple, on the way back from Gobustan if not already visited).

Every evening: Azerbaijani herbal poultice or deep tissue massage at the villa.

What makes this retreat different

This is not a wellness programme with a schedule and a facilitator standing at the front of a room. There are no workshops, no journalling prompts, no group therapy sessions.

It is five women who understand each other without explanation, in a private home, in a city most of them have never seen, with someone local who knows where to go, what to order, and how to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Grief nd single motherhood are exhausting in part because they are relentless. It does not pause while you handle logistics, navigate a foreign city, or try to communicate in a language you do not speak. Here, all of that is handled. The only thing you are asked to do is arrive.

I built HerSphere because I know what it is to be a widow and a single mother in a country that was not built for you, navigating everything alone, with no map and no one who truly understands. This retreat is an extension of that same intention. Not to fix anything. Not to rush anything. Simply to give you six days where someone else carries the weight, and you are free to just breathe.

That is what makes it different. And that is why there are only four places.

Abu Dhabi, UAE. "Roots & Radiance Retreat" Ground yourself in grandeur. Come back softer and stronger.
$0.00

Overview:

Abu Dhabi carries an unhurried energy that Dubai rarely offers. This retreat uses the capital's extraordinary cultural landmarks, pristine beaches, and world-class wellness facilities as a backdrop for deep restoration. From meditation inside the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque gardens to sunset kayaking through mangroves, this is a retreat for women ready to reconnect with something bigger than themselves.

What's Included:

• Reflective visit to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (guided, with journalling prompts)

• Mangrove kayak experience at dawn

• 2 x therapeutic massage (choice of Swedish, deep tissue, or hot stone)

• Private Pilates or yoga session

• Yas or Saadiyat Island beach half-day with guided meditation

• HerSphere workshop: Rebuilding Identity After Change

• Louvre Abu Dhabi visit — art as healing session

• Luxury hotel or resort accommodation (3 nights)

What Sets This Retreat Apart: Abu Dhabi combines spiritual depth with physical comfort. The blend of Islamic heritage, natural beauty, and world-class amenities creates a grounding effect that more 'exotic' destinations rarely match. Best For: Women navigating identity shifts — grief, divorce, new chapters — who need beauty and stillness in equal measure.

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. "Wild & Restored Retreat" Mountains above. Sea below. Space to breathe between.
$0.00

Overview: Just 90 minutes from Dubai, RAK is the UAE's best-kept secret — rugged Hajar mountains meeting a turquoise coast with almost no crowds. This retreat leans into nature as therapy: hiking at sunrise, cold wadis, mineral-rich hot springs, and wide open skies that remind you exactly how small (and how free) you are.

What's Included:

• Guided Jebel Jais sunrise hike with meditation at the summit

• Hot spring & wadi exploration session

• 2 x deep tissue or sports massage

• Paddleboard yoga on the Arabian Gulf

• Outdoor breathwork & journaling circle

• HerSphere workshop: Releasing What No Longer Serves You

• Farm-to-table dining experience

• Mountain lodge or eco-resort accommodation (3 nights)

What Sets This Retreat Apart: The highest peak in the UAE, the longest zip-line in the world, and near-silence you cannot find anywhere closer to Dubai. RAK is raw in the best possible way — perfect for women who need wilderness, not spa menus. Best For: Women craving nature, physical challenge, and space to think.

W Weekend Retreat
$0.00

A weekend to exhale.

The W Weekend Retreat is a small, private gathering of widows in the UAE, held in a beautiful location, away from ordinary life. It is not a program with milestones or homework. It is not a support group with a facilitator and a circle of chairs.

It is two days where you are allowed to be exactly where you are. Where you do not have to explain yourself. Where the women around you already know—because they are in it too. Where rest is not a reward for getting things done. It simply is.

Each retreat is hosted by Anna Heenan, who is not a grief counselor, not a therapist, and not someone who has it figured out. She is a widow. Five months in, with twins, a mother to care for, and a life to rebuild in Dubai. She built this because she needed it and it did not exist.

Pricing that reflects
the true value of the space

Retreat pricing is confirmed once venue partnerships are finalised—and kept as accessible as possible given that many of our guests are managing finances alone for the first time.

Pricing varies by location. A payment plan is always available. If cost is a barrier, reach out to Anna directly before deciding this isn't for you — she will always try to find a way.
