And this is not a sit-and-listen workshop.
You will actually practice.
With a maximum of just 10 participants, everyone will have the opportunity to stand up, present themselves or their business, deliver a short pitch and receive practical feedback.

Olga will work with participants individually, helping you identify what is working, what can be improved, and how to communicate your message more effectively.
You don't need to be an experienced speaker. You simply need to be willing to get up and have a go.
Meet Your Trainer
Olga Sapozhnikova
Olga Sapozhnikova is a Dubai-based filmmaker, storyteller, public speaking coach, and founder of Hidden Hero.
A former Russian diplomat who served in Japan, Olga brings together experience in diplomacy, cross-cultural communication, storytelling, and filmmaking. Her films have been broadcast internationally and recognised at film festivals from Cannes to Los Angeles.
Today, Olga works with people—particularly women—helping them communicate their stories, reshape their personal narratives, and become more confident in expressing themselves.
Her approach draws on her experience as a filmmaker: finding the story, understanding the person behind it and helping them communicate it in a way that connects with others.
