-
Cohort 1 is free for selected participants. Places are limited, and participants are expected to attend the sessions, complete the practical activities and take part in the programme assessment.
Future cohorts may be funded by sponsors, employers or offered through a mixture of sponsored and paid places. HerSphere will keep access inclusive and will clearly explain any future costs before participants apply.
-
No. You do not need to be unemployed.
The programme is for women who are:
Returning after a career break.
Currently employed but seeking a new role or career direction.
Preparing for a possible redundancy.
Exploring flexible, freelance or project-based work.
Returning to work after a major personal transition.
Looking for professional progression.
-
No. There is no minimum career-break requirement.
HerSphere recognises that women may need support even when they are currently employed or have only recently stepped away from work. Selection is based on your goals, motivation, programme fit and ability to participate, not on how long you have been out of work.
-
The programme is designed to be hybrid.
Some sessions will take place in person in Dubai, with an online option where possible. The final schedule, venue and online-access details will be shared with selected participants before the programme begins.
Please indicate your preferred format and any access requirements in your application.
-
After you submit your application:
HerSphere will review your information.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a brief individual conversation.
The conversation will help us understand your goals, availability and support needs.
Selected participants will receive the programme dates, participation expectations and joining instructions.
You may be asked to complete a short career and skills assessment before the first session.
Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. Places are limited so that the cohort remains practical, supportive and small enough for individual feedback.
-
No. HerSphere cannot guarantee employment, a job offer or a specific placement.
The programme includes an employer and recruitment-partner pathway. Where suitable opportunities are available, participants may receive access to:
Employer introductions.
Recruiter conversations.
Interviews.
Paid projects.
Returnships.
Flexible or project-based opportunities.
Employer feedback and mentoring.
These opportunities depend on partner availability, participant suitability, employer requirements and the outcome of the relevant selection process.
-
Your information will not be shared with employers or recruitment partners without your specific permission.
If you choose to participate in the employer pathway, HerSphere may ask for consent to share relevant information, such as your CV, LinkedIn profile, experience, target role and availability, with selected partners.
You will be told:
Which organisation will receive your information.
What information will be shared.
Why it is being shared.
How you can withdraw your permission.
Your information will be handled in accordance with HerSphere’s privacy policy.
-
Please inform the HerSphere programme team as early as possible if you cannot attend.
Where available, we will provide catch-up materials or an alternative way to complete the practical task. Because the programme is cohort-based, regular attendance is important.
Repeated absence may affect:
Your ability to complete the programme.
Your participation in the final showcase.
Your eligibility for employer introductions or follow-up support.
We will discuss any attendance difficulties with you fairly and privately.
-
The programme is delivered by HerSphere with guest professionals and partner contributors.
Depending on the session, contributors may include:

Guest contributors and session details will be confirmed before the cohort begins. Legal, employment, financial, medical or other regulated information will be delivered or reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals where required.
